What I do with your data.
Short version: the only thing collected is what you type into the contact form, it is never sold or used for advertising, and there are no tracking cookies.
Who is responsible for your data
This site is operated by Mohamed Farouk Mostafa Zeyada ("I", "me"). If you have any question about how your information is handled, or you want to see, correct, or delete what I hold about you, email me at arian747g@yahoo.com and I will answer.
What I collect, and when
I only collect information you choose to give me. The single place that happens is the contact form. When you submit it, I receive the name, email address, and message you typed, the enquiry type you selected, an optional organisation name if you added one, and a note of which page you sent it from.
I do not ask for, and the site does not collect, any special-category information (health, financial, government-ID, and the like). Please do not put such details in a contact message.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and shows no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. The only cookie the site can set is a sign-in session cookie, and only for me, in the private admin area — never for visitors.
Visitor analytics, where enabled, are cookieless and aggregate: they count page views and referrers without building a profile of you or storing anything that identifies you.
Who processes it on my behalf
A contact message is stored in a database hosted by Supabase and may generate a notification email delivered through Resend. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare, and the contact form runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that loads from Cloudflare when you open the form. Where the contact page offers a booking link, the booking itself happens on Cal.com, which receives what you enter there. Each of these is a processor acting on my instructions under its own security and privacy commitments; none of them receives your message for their own purposes.
I do not sell your information, I do not share it for advertising, and I do not transfer it to anyone beyond the processors above.
How long I keep it
I keep a contact message for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, and then no longer than I need it. You can ask me to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to erase it. Email arian747g@yahoo.com and I will act on it. If you are in a jurisdiction with formal data-protection rights (such as the GDPR), those rights apply and this is how you exercise them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Nothing here is retroactive: the version in force when you contacted me is the one that governs that message.
